How quickly can you complete my order?
It all depends. We can complete some orders in a day or two. More complex jobs can take several days. Of course, if you need a really fast turnaround, we will try to accommodate your needs. As many of our clients can testify, we will go above and beyond to meet your deadlines. For instance, at the request of the Professional Bull Riders, we printed and delivered labels on the same day for a rodeo in Greenville, SC.
How can I get an estimate from you?
To ensure we get all the information necessary to provide an accurate quote, give us a call or send an email to info@baystateprinting.com and talk with one of our customer service representatives.
What is the purpose of a "proof"?
A proof ensures us that you have approved the text, colors, fonts and positioning of your printed piece. Whether it is a PDF® or digital hard copy proof, we will not begin production until you sign off on the proof. Whether you designed it or we did, we still need to send you a proof.
Why do I need to look at a proof if I've already given you everything I need to have done?
Once again, this proof ensures us that we are printing exactly what you, the client, wants printed. Sometimes a word might need to be changed at the last minute. Sometimes a client may give us their design that they set up in Microsoft Word® or Publisher®, which is fine. However, we sometimes can't print from those files. When we create a PDF® from those software programs the fonts may shift. So, just in case, we send you a proof.
